A LITTLE BIT
ABOUT ME

I was initially attracted to filmmaking, starting my journey by learning storytelling and how to craft experiences for the audience on the silver screen. After years of creating stories to voice the untold, I had an opportunity to become a marketing specialist for a nonprofit, advocating for the Asian community in Hollywood. I took the initiative to optimize their website for marketing purposes. Later, I decided to pursue digital media at UW. What excites me most about this career is the ability not only to connect with people through storytelling but also to directly impact their lives by creating design solutions that solve real problems.
In my spare time, you can find me creating crafts and running. When I am stressed out, my favorite ways to relax are by exploring delicious food and watching films.
Evidence-driven Design
I firmly believe in the power of both qualitative and quantitative data. During my design process, I utilize evidences from research as a key resource to gain deeper insights into our users, enabling the creation of solutions that are truly centered around their needs.
Intercultural Empathy
I came to the US as an international student when I was 17. Growing up in different cultures and having worked in cross-cultural teams, I learned how to understand and respect different values, beliefs, and behavioral patterns from other cultural backgrounds.
Effective Collaboration
I thrive on collaborating, drawing inspiration from others, and being a good listener, supporter, and communicator, quickly establishing strong connections with my collaborators.
